USAGE

1. Motors all adopt frequency inverter speed controllers, speed adjustable, energy saving.

2. Screw: Ratio 30:1, material 38CrMoAl-A grade Polished with Nitride Treatment, Nitride depth 0.7mm, HV>740; Barrel: material 38CrMoAl Polished with Nitride Treatment, Nitride depth 0.6mm, HV>900.

3. Screw heating zones adopt cast aluminum loops, and the Three-way adopts Cast Al. heating loop, each screw independent controlling.

4. Gear box: Involutes cylinder Bevel wheel, cast alloy steel piston, fine grinding national standard hard teeth gear surface gear box.

5. Die mold: imported mold steel, surface treatment of flow channel: hard chrome-plating.
